- Issued for RSP contributions made between March 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025
- RSP Official Receipts - 60 day period of 2025 *COMING SOON*
- Issued for RSP contributions made between January 1, 2026, and March 2, 2026

- T4FHSA
Same as last year, you may be surprised to see that they arrive in an envelope that is not Hubert-branded. This is legitimate.
As with all tax documentation, we recommend you retain this statement for a minimum of seven years.
